I booked an appointment on vouched website to get signed up for their services. I waited on the MS team for over 15 minutes but the person/consultant never turned up, then later sent me message , saying he had another call/meeting. No prior message or reschedule. not a great service for a feedback website itself. "Hi Naeem, Hope you're well. Sincere apologies for earlier - I had an important internal team meeting to attend which overran and so I was unable to make the time you booked into my diary. It'd be great to reschedule. What is your availability Thursday at 10:30, 11:30 or 15:00?"

Whenever I contact VouchedFor with a query, they very quickly acknowledge my request and deal with it professionally. In particular my experience with Aldo Quagliotti was outstanding.
