I initially contacted Richard as I working as a contractor looking to buy a new home and unsure how easy it would be. Richard explained the acceptance criteria and went through some initial numbers to give me an idea of what was available. The purchase of that house fell through but a year later I was in contact with Richard again and he was just as helpful making the process as seamless as possible, even submitting our mortgage application in the evening to ensure we secured the best rate before the deal expired. Buying a house is always stressful but as a contractor it can be even more daunting. Richard and Carly were always available for a quick, reassuring chat and gave prompt updates as the application progressed. We completed the purchase and 2 years later as our remortgage was approaching Richard gave me a call to discuss remortgaging options. He found me a rate that was much cheaper than my existing lender and we went through the remortgaging process and for the second time Richard and Carly helped smooth any bumps along the way. We completed a few months ago and I couldn't ask for a better service. Michael Greenaway has been so good and helpful to us get our first home here in the UK. Without his expertise we may have still been renting and throwing money to our landlord.
