When I joined BNI I was a networking infant. It took me some time to know, like and trust people, especially as we were a newly formed chapter. It took me about two months before I decided that I liked people, I am cautious, but I feel comfortable with everyone remaining in the team and would not think twice about referring anyone in my team, in fact I am quite proud to know them. After a few more months, Neha entered the group. Maybe it is just her manner, professionalism or aura but she made me feel comfortable to talk with and share. Her work ethic and focus is inspiring and I see her as a strong team member.
