The New Homes Group

I just wanted share with you this amazing experience I have had with the new homes group . I had never heard of this company before but was put in connection with a lady called Emma Sandu as I am purchasing a property through them . She was friendly , organised, so efficient,dynamic ; completely ahead of the game , communication was amazing , always available to speak to . I cannot praise her enough. I would highly recommend.

As an estate agency, we will never work with this company again. It has now been three months since the completion of the sale, and we still have not been paid. They continue to blame the delay on the housebuilder not paying them, but it does not appear that they are actively chasing the payment on their end. This situation is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Fantastic service from start to finish dealing with the staff here. Very fast and smooth process throughout. Big shout out to Kirsty Woolf for her handling of our application. We are extremely grateful for the fast delivery of our application and regular updates throughout. Definitely would recommend.
