I was initially reluctant to go with a paid mortgage broker, but to be honest, it was 100% worth it. Financially worth it because first of all, the managed to secure a better rate than any of the other free mortgage advisor I took quotes from. Additionally, as I purchased a Shared Ownership property, the process was slightly more complicated but Bobby was very knowledgeable and ran multiple scenarios to see how I can get the best interest rate and use minimum deposit while trying to get maximum equity. Louise was very helpful in gathering the documents and making sure everything was fine and the process went very very smooth. They also kept refreshing my mortgage as there were some delays with the completion and ensure I was getting the best rate. Thank you for doing a great job and keep doing it. Definitely would recommend using them.
