From the beginning of my journey right up to the end, Jeff guided me through what could so easily have become a very daunting process, but for his unwavering help and support throughout. I cannot praise Jeff too highly, nor thank him enough for his constancy, friendly disposition and steadying presence throughout all of my dealings with him. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As you might expect, Jeff was always on hand to provide sage advice. However, what sets Jeff apart, for me, is his unfailing ability to make the client feel at ease. Always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, Jeff’s singular ability to bring levity and humour to what could so easily have become a very dry and arid process made him a joy to work with, and I will be forever indebted to him for the many kindnesses he showed me - photocopying documents when I didn’t have a printer - and his infectious generosity of spirit that characterised all of my communications with him.

A special shout out to Jeff who has made the whole process so easy to follow and understand. Communication in general has been excellent. An impressive part of the service was an intervention with a third party when an error was spotted leading to it being swiftly corrected. This ability to be hands on with all agencies resulted in a fast and efficient completion of my re-mortgage. Thank you so much.
