I had found a repossession property and needed to complete in 30 days, Chris and his team could not have done more for me, he was efficient and knowledgeable and made everything run smoothly for me in such a short time period he was excellent and we completed on time due to all his hard work I could not be more grateful, such a lovely man and excellent broker.

I've never had a worse service from a mortgage broker. Made the simple difficult. Went on holiday without any notice on a tight deadline to complete. Also very difficult to get hold of.

Me & my wife had been to a few banks before being convinced by a work colleague to use a broker, they recommended Pool Associates and i have to say it was the best decision would could of made. The whole process was very smooth and Chris kept us informed throughout and worked tirelessly for us and i am pleased to say we found the perfect house and are both so pleased with this company. We also done our life insurance through these and they was even cheaper than the online comparison sites so heres hoping i never need to claim it :) 10/10 and cant recommend highly enough.
