I viewed a property with them. I was interested in buying, but needed some specific information before making an offer. They did not have it at hand, and would email it over to me. They didn’t. I chased them 4 times over the next two weeks, through email and phone calls, and they just told me they will send it, but never did, without that information I was not willing to make an offer so moved on. During that time the seller reduced the price. If you are selling - avoid them, from my experience they do not do the simplest of tasks to help you get a sale for the best price.

Thank you to Alex O for providing us with a relaxed, no pressure viewing. Alex allowed us to view the property at our own pace with no sales pitch but was there to answer any questions as required.

We had a viewing with Tia to view a house we were really interested in. She was lovely, very helpful and answered any questions we had. Also the planning from the people in the office to arrange our viewing was extremely smooth. At the we haven't gone any further, but are hoping to due to the great experience we have had so far!
