EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE with James Hammond I contacted James Hammond to remortgage my property. Initially, he made multiple promises which sounded too good to be true, but I give him a chance anyway. After a week, he stopped responding to all my emails and phone calls altogether while he was aware that I had a very strict deadline. Finally, I hired another broker, this time a component one unlike James, who professionally remortgaged my property before a higher variable interest rate kicked it. There are hundreds of of proper brokers that you can use, so I certainly do not recommend that you put your money or property at risk with James Hammond like I did. Also, it's very remarkable that all his references are one year old whereas he asserts to be I the business for decades.

James and Catherine were very helpful in advising us in a difficult mortgage market. The house purchase dragged on but they continued to be supportive and were responsive when we needed to obtain an extended mortgage offer at the last minute.
