Sam explained all the steps clearly and I felt very reassured about everything which made me feel at ease and the process less scary being a first time buyer. I felt she generally cared and had my best interests at heart and wasn't just trying to get a sale going above and beyond. If every "professional" we've dealt with during this process had been as professional and good at what they do as Sam, we'd have moved in maybe a full year earlier. Her communication, efficiency and effectiveness are superb, and she's very personable to boot! We couldn't have asked for anyone better. We ended up through circumstances, certainly not Sam's fault, with a private mortgage not arranged by Sam, but will absolutely be returning to Sam when that needs replaced.
