He found me a brilliant mortgage deal and handled absolutely everything on the mortgage side, which made the whole experience far less stressful. Any questions I had, Nick was more than happy to answer, no matter how small. When my solicitor raised concerns around gifted deposits, Nick took the time to properly explain the process to me and clearly set out exactly what my lender required. As this was a leasehold property, he also explained everything that was needed on top of that, which was a huge help. On top of the mortgage, Nick also managed to secure me a great deal on income protection and life insurance, making sure I was fully protected should the worst happen. Their pricing was very fair and the payment process was straightforward and easy. For all these reasons, I will definitely be using these guys again for my next property purchase and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
