We cannot recommend Gilson and Bailey highly enough. After trying to sell our property with another estate agent and getting nowhere, the difference when we switched to Gilson and Bailey was night and day. Last year we used Gilson & Bailey to sell our property and they were acting for our vendor too which helped enormouslyduring negotiations. They were efficient, friendly and very professional throughout. Valuations were realistic and our property was beautifully presented, after only a week we had a buyer. Louise kept us up to date with everything and got us thru some tricky moments! When my mum needed to sell her bungalow early this year, to come live with us we didn't hesitate to engage G&B again, even though the property was in Lowestoft. They dealt will all the viewings and again we were kept informed all along the process.
