I've used Martin's services when arranging mortgages on a couple of buy-to-let properties, a self-build project and a probate sale. He works tirelessly to see the job through. As a freelance contractor without a 'normal' employment record and salary, I expected things to be tricky, but Martin dealt with everything professionally, diligently and with good humour. I would recommend Martin without hesitation and am looking forward to dealing with him in future. Update: I just used Martin's services again, re-mortgaging after a fixed rate expired. He managed to get me a better deal in a tough market and also interceded to save me almost £500 in fees when an indemnity policy was demanded by the conveyancer that turned out not to be necessary.
