Broadland Consultants, and in particular David Young (who came extremely highly recommended from family members and close friends) were absolutely instrumental in helping me secure a mortgage for my first time buy. From start to finish, David was incredibly warm, easy to talk to and unbelievably insightful. We had an initial call (for which he was really flexible and understanding of my work commitments) where he explained the ins and outs of the various mortgages to me, as well as walking me through the process and what he would be doing on his end. During the course of me looking for, and eventually having an offer accepted on a flat, he was there every step of the way and on hand to offer expert advice or liaise with the estate agents/lenders directly. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say hiring David is up there with the best money I've ever spent - he was unfailingly helpful, fast to respond, flexible, professional and most importantly patient and reassuring. David spearheaded my whole application, and without him, I'd still be floundering somewhere near the beginning of the process. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Chris Spinks is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help securing a mortgage. We received our mortgage offer in less than 48hrs of application which I think even surprised Chris and is surely some kind of record!?. He keeps the conversation relaxed and whilst very professional he balances it without being too formal.
