Sadly after being recommended, was disappointed to be contacted after making the appointment (difference of opinion on which date the meeting was) Karl clearly wasn’t interested in rescheduling. Abrupt and insensitive. Not interested in finding out my specific situation e.g. my deposit amount (large) or my credit rating. Told me there was ‘no point’ in meeting having spoken to me for around 2 minutes on the phone. I imagine would be fine for a straight forward mortgage but not willing to look in depth to assist. Disappointing.
