I approached Josh for advice when buying my first property. I didn’t understand the process beforehand but Josh took the time to discuss my circumstances and explain the process. He got me an agreement in principle immediately and when I had an offer accepted he was straight on the phone with me to get my full mortgage application sorted. He was very friendly and I felt like he had my best interest at heart. At every stage he explained everything to me and I knew what my options were. I was shocked how quick and simple the whole process was from the point I first contacted Josh. I wish I’d spoken to him sooner!
