I have had the support of Leah Henshaw for the last few years. She has been absolutely brilliant! Better than that! I contacted Leah initially looking at my chances of a mortgage as a first time buyer. Leah gave me advice on how to stay on track with my credit score and head in the right direction for applying for a mortgage and asked me to contact her on a certain date. When I did we were ready to go. Leah did all the work and advised me clearly what she needed from me (I’m new to all this and needed child instructions). It didn’t take her long and she’d sorted out everything for our mortgage. She even contacted us a couple of months later to re do it for a lower rate which was a bonus. 2 years later and I’ve just spoken to Leah who has sorted us a better rate once again. She seems to do all this with ease and very fast. She’s obviously very good at her job and her way with people. Leah explains things really well and keeps you informed throughout. Amazing service. Really quick to respond, friendly, supportive and really caring. Worth every penny. I would recommend to anyone. Caroline sorted out the mortgage when things were very tricky indeed.
