No matter what your situation is, these guys will work tooth and nail to get you into your new home. Danny worked extra hours just to help with our solicitor paperwork and progress. Every step of the way was clearly explained, especially the complicated terminology that we didn’t understand. Melissa was amazing at keeping us updated throughout the progress of our solicitor’s work. Although our purchase had a few complications that caused delays, the team remained patient and persistent with/for us. Amy sorted our life insurance & protection, she simplified everything and made it so easy to understand. As first time buyers she made us feel confident in our choices. I have used Alan and the team a few times now (and most recently compared them against another company my partner had previously used) and at every turn they surprise me. The service they offer is not only great from a customer service point of view with them being very attentive and replying quickly (which I found great when dealing with the stress of buying a house) but also offering superior products and finding a suitable product for us that other brokers were unable to do!
