13 Nov 2023Takes a very bad experience for me to do this but "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" . We had a disastrous ceiling collapse at my Business and received zero support / advice / communication from John at Kudos. In fact the few times i could get a response he was quite rude. Left me feeling like an inconvenience. We pay our heavy Business insurance premiums happily to have peace of mind should these unseen disasters occur. Kudos left us hanging .... VERY VERY UPSETTING when an insurance Company procures your premium for renewal then abandons you is indescribable . My advice to everyone ... go elsewhere !!!!!!
