Fantastic letting agent with staff that care about proactive issues as well as reactive ones. I had an EICR carried out on the property I rent today and they could not have been more thorough, feel completely at ease that Gro Residential care about the safety of their properties as much as an owner would care about their own. My property is well maintained and in the rare event I have had to report an issue, which in over 2 years, was only a faulty lock on the back door, it was dealt with immediately. Gro residential have provided me with a home with no maintenance concerns and a team that is always on hand, highly recommend.

They agency tells you everything you need to know about the property, quick process to acquire it and of there's any queries they usually respond within the hour plus they get it done within record time.

Our landlady swapped over to Gro, best move she did, phone or WhatsApp if there is a problem all sorted and tradesmen actually come to your house, not like last company a lad with a spanner, then you end up repairing it yourself haha Staff are 100% bob on kind got all the time in the world to listen to you, help you out just a proper 100% genuine company to deal with and you don’t see many around,
