Very professional, second loan now with these guys, doubled my credit score! All staff in branch are great 👍

Not a good service i applied for a loan before easter, was accepted i spoke to someone at my local branch and was told my advisor would call me back to complete , i waited and waited then rung them after a week i spoke to someone at a differant branch who said they would get my advisor to call me back , 2 wks later she called and i missed her call so i called back 3 more times and spoke to differant branches who all said they would get her to call me , i emailed my local branch twice and got no response so i rang again and again spoke to a gentleman who was at another branch who said she was in a meeting for the next 20mins but he would email her and get her to call me back she never did so i emailed the customer service last week and up to now still havent heard anything from anyone

Do not use this company ,very poor customer service ,applied for a loan to then have to chase up myself ,when Lewis rang me back he was we can offer this ect good rating please do a open banking I will then call u back in 10mins .Absolutely nothing I then call again to be told information has not come through but no one rang to tell me this .i then send statements via email to then hear nothing again after numerous emails to Lewis he was going to call me back that day .absolutely nothing again no call no nothing .Eventually I get an email then a call to say not aproved by underwriters,but maybe look at a consolidation loan I then ring Lewis back twice to be told by someone else underwriters said no so cannot do anything.Ge could not even be bothered to talk to me .Disheartening and no communication from start to finish

Would give it zero stars if I could Don't deal with these idiots after parking charges and fuel used left me in the room for ages on my own signed the contract eventually then had a missed call the next day saying the can't do the loan I said we were in a contract as I had signed the it but didn't matter to them complete liers that's all they are

Accepted and signed a contract. Told money in around 5:30pm same day Following day phoned them.yea they is no issues money be with you this afternoon. They phoned me,we can't give you a loan, I said we've signed contract. He said forget about that was only provisionally signed. So wasted fuel parking charges and afternoon of wages .
