Absolute 5 star service from Westwood Capital Finance for a quick, stabilising bridge requirement for one of my clients. Marcus corresponded with me and updated me throughout the whole process from start to finish. They do not have any fussy processes and are genuinely a super quick lender. Their solicitors are also super quick too which in my opinion having very good solicitors is crucial to successfully complete a case. The whole team at Westwood Capital Finance have been very professional and in particular Marcus has been a real pleasure to deal with. Westwood just completed on a refinancing facility for us within a shorter than normal timeframe, we would have been penalised had the refinancing not completed in time. Marcus was very understanding and coordinated the process extremely efficiently, I honestly couldn’t have asked for any improvements in service, as they were a step ahead and kept me regularly informed/updated. It was not a straight forward refinance, as many legal firms involved and Marcus again managed to steer/nudge all in the right direction throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Westwood to others, as they are unlike a lot of robotic lenders and offer a personal and professional service. Just completed on a commercial deal. If I could give 10 stars I would have, dealt with marcus from start to finish, turned in to a seriously complex deal and without the support and guidance from Marcus I don’t think it would have got done.
