Our experience was dreadfull wouldn’t recommend this guy as he is now banned fem all banks he tried to do fraud with us thankgod the bank caught b4 he could do damage for us to get a morgtage We trusted Derek Johnson let him in our house. Please please dnt do no business with him. I was so shocked that he could do this to us as it was so important we brought our house Just dnt trust him guys

We went to Derek for mortgage advice after doing some research and reading positive reviews online and I couldn’t recommend him enough! We spoke to a few mortgage advisors before deciding to go with Derek and are so happy we did. He never made us feel as though anything was too much trouble and was available to help us whenever we needed (no matter what the day, or time!). Derek continued to keep in touch with us and check on our purchase, even after his role in the process had technically finished. As first time buyers, we had never been through the house buying process before, so Derek explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything we were choosing and agreeing too. We would recommend Derek to anyone searching for a mortgage advisor as he does a brilliant job through the whole process and is a professional, honest and genuinely lovely person. Derek made the process a lot less stressful for us and I don’t think we would have got through it without him - we can’t thank you enough!!

Derek was recommended to us after receiving the devastating news in August that our landlord had plans to sell our house during this pandemic! We’d always planned to buy our own house and was saving as much as we could, this news of course, came completely by surprise. We’d had a previous mortgage advisor (for almost 5years) and due to his advice, we’d never progressed very far as we ‘had work to do’ on our credit scores. Translation: we didn’t meet the criteria for his small circle of lenders. Derek was highly recommended and with baited breath we had our first consultation with Derek, he is so professional, honest, hard working and caring. We’d already seen a house that we loved, within a reasonable price bracket, we were always told by our relatives ‘you never get the first house you want.’ No matter what time it was, he’d always make time to chat about any concerns worries or document jargon I didn’t understand (which was often! Sorry Derek 😅) Derek worked around the clock and I was ecstatic when Derek phoned me maybe a week or even less after our first consultation to say he’d secured a mortgage in principle! He got the ball rolling and walked us through all paperwork and documentation required for the lenders an absolute star for putting up with me! The house we loved that nothing on the market compared to sold STC 🥺 I called Derek straight away and he said put the phone down, call them back and make an offer. So I did. I am currently sat on my sofa, with my little dog in our perfect first home, with a cup of tea writing this well deserved review albeit a bit of a novel. Without Derek, we’d be renting a property for twice the cost of our mortgage. In the space of 2 and a half months, we found Derek, chose THE house of our dreams and are now the proud owners of this perfect property with an excellent mortgage rate during a Pandemic! We can’t thank you enough, you’ve made this process so much easier than anticipated and we couldn’t have done it without you! I highly recommend Derek Johnson Mortgage Inspirations! After being turned away from lots of banks due to being self employed I though it would be impossible to get the buy to let mortgage I wanted. When I first contacted Derek at Mortgage inspirations he was honest, straight to the point, and made things so easy through the whole mortgage application process. There were quite a few hurdles that Derek got through for me that other brokers and banks just couldn’t be bothered dealing with I completed my buy to let mortgage within 3 months which enabled us to then buy the house of our dreams again with the help of Derek We couldn’t be happier and so grateful that he was prepared to take on the challenge of finding us the right mortgage.
