My Mortgage Wizards have been great from start to finish. Caroline Brunt and her team has been amazing - great communication, really helpful advice which really set me at ease throughout the whole process. Ive recommended them to my freinds and family and will continue to do so. The team have been actively securing the best deals in the ever changing mortgage market during the legal process saving me money on mortgage monthly payments every time the BANK OF ENGLAND interest rates were dropping which I have noticed not every mortgage firm does. They took what could have been a really complex, stressful process and managed it exceptionally well with real calmness, patience and clear communication throughout. We worked closely with so many member of this team and each and every one of them were so kind and attentive. They worked around us both completely, with out of hours appointments, late night calls and whilst they mainly operate over the phone they were able to accommodate us face to face. What should have been a straight forward sale was quite the opposite. Caroline held our hand the whole way through - we ran into many issues late at night before solicitors closing times and somehow she always managed to sort it… promptly! Kirsty and Amy along the way also helped us with the insurance and chasing things along the way. Whilst I know there are companies that offer these services cheaper I can hand on heart say we’d of paid their fee 10x over for everything they did for us. These girls are so hard working and passionate and it shows. If we ever decide to buy another house/remortgage or anything I will absolutely be going back to the team. All as I can say is they are absolutely outstanding and made a dream reality for us.

I cannot recommend the team at Mortgage wizards enough! Mortgage wizards were recommended to me and I’m so glad that I decided to go with the recommendation. I’m a first time buyer and it has been an incredibly stressful process which is coming up to circa 7 month’s which aside from many things, has required me getting a 2nd mortgage offer approved as the first expired due to the length my purchase has gone on for. All of the ladies, Caroline, Kirsty, Amy, Jo and Jane who have assisted me as needed have been awesome! All of my questions were answered exceptionally and no question for clarification on certain things was too much as they guided me through my situation. All was done at a a fast and effective speed required throughout the process. They also have sorted out my insurance as well at no extra charge which I am also really happy with. As mentioned my first time purchase has been incredibly stressful and I’m so glad the I had the Team at Mortgage wizard to help me throughout and make that part of the process smooth and stress free!
