Charlotte is such a lovely lady who was able to get us through situations we didn't even think would be a situation. She sorted out any issues we had with the mortgage provider, She got us a really good priced solicitor, She got us a brilliant life cover, And she listened to me cry down the phone at her when she told us we got approved.
