I recently paid Mr Spellman to create a Mortgage Affordability report for me to file with my divorce. His services were very competitive and the service I received with great. After the initial run at the task, I was not happy wiht the results, but Mr Spellman called me personally, discussed my requirements and adjusted the report to accommodate my concerns while maintaining the require independence and quality of work. I'm very pleased with his work and would hire him again.

My husband and I are 1st time buyers in our late 50's. Luke was brilliant, he found us a great morgage that was affordable for us at our age. He responded quickly to all our questions, with easy to understand answers. His quote was precise with no hidden costs and we didn't have to pay until the sale was complete.
