14 Apr 2016Otus were able to see me at very short notice and, during a free consultation, to provide a very knowledgeable outline of the potential mortgages that I could have pursued based on the information I provided. Neil talked me through a range of providers using a specialist comparison tool that was sophisticated and took into account a lot of different factors. My situation was quite simple and I had already done some research on the market using an online comparison website - we worked out fairly quickly (in about 10 minutes) that it would not be cost-effective to engage them as a broker service on this occasion. However it was useful to have a second opinion because this reassured me that I had found the best deal for the mortgage for my family home. I would definitely consult them again in the future.
