AMS were a pleasure to deal with start to finish. I approached them due to First Direct letting me down majorly. AMS were able to advise, assist and effectively saved my house purchase entirely. They were able to assist in getting a full mortgage offer, under difficult circumstances, and managed to find me a competitive rate on it too. Very professional, responsive, reassuring, good at dealing with the underwriters and keen eye to detail too. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I contacted the company and spoke with Luke Taylor, haven't dealt with him last year when completing a mortgage. There is a lack of communication and you have to be chasing up on the status of an application. Last year I was provided incorrect information and had to chase up Luke to provide me correct information on fees and what the status of my application was on multiple times. Recently I contacted the Luke again for another mortgage and again lack of communication and incorrect information was supplied by the lender,and Luke confirmed it to them without coming to ask me or confirm this information with me which was the wrong details , obviously lesson were not learnt from last year. I spoke with his manager David McCrum who I found to be very abrupt and was more about masking over the upset I had and getting the work done. They both could learn better how to listen to the customers and show some consideration on the customers needs. They both seem not interested when a client is upset regarding incorrect information been passed on or being accused of something that isn't true. I felt that I could no longer use them has a broker and I have gone else. Beware of the two staff I have mentioned. ( shared on behalf of my wife )

We went to them for bad credit and were told we would only get a mortgage with a 20% deposit. We were so sad as this wasn’t something that was possible for us. We found a house we liked and asked the estate agent if they had a mortgage advisor we could speak to, not only did they give us a mortgage but they got it us for only 15% and a lot less fees. Please ask estate agents first because seriously they can help as well.

Outstanding!!! I'm writing this review from the comfort of my new home...something which would not have been possible, had it not been for AMS. I really cannot thank the team enough for everything that they have done for me. I highly recommend this company, they have honestly exceeded all of my expectations.... Thank you so much to you all at AMS.

This company really are as good as the reviews state. Their standard of service & ability to secure mortgages are second to none. My husband and i were in the last chance saloon and had no where else to turn. We are now sitting in our new home planning out new colour schemes.
