31 Oct 2025Was recommended by a friend to use to help with mortgages and how much I could lend, I went for a meeting on 15th July and was told they would help with my Decision in Principle application, I never heard back from them, I sent an email a week ago but still have not heard back.

21 Jun 2025OK this is a review of my events selling and buying. Natasha came a asset our house for selling and submitted the selling price. ABODE came a did the same £15000 less For reasons at the time I thought because ABODE was selling the house we wished to buy I chose Abode to sell ours @ Kevin Ford Price (£15000) more. We sold next day (full asking price) WOW!! So thanks to Kevin Ford 👍 Then we move onto the process of contractuals etc, obviously important every one needs to be kept informed with updated information. Remember I'm ABODES client!!! I can honestly say I was completely dissatisfied with the service I had with Abode. I've had loads of communications from Natasha and Minimal/Zero from Abode Kevin Ford (The Team) Natasha, Kim and the background members certainly made all the difference. So if I had to go through it again would I go with Kevin Ford this time???? DEFINITELY YES !!!!
