TMA consistently delivers valuable events for brokers. Had the best afternoon at the principal lunch in York at the gorgeous Ivy! Was so lovely speaking to everyone. Sarah was absolutely amazing running the event she made everyone so welcomed and made sure they had the best time, we definitely did! She made my day. Paul from Coventry was also such a big part of the day and was very informative about what is currently happening with Coventry as well as looking into the future some things that may happen - what a lovely man! Back in October 2023, we enlisted TMA's support to assist with our application to become Directly Authorised with the FCA. They were phenomenal at working to our short schedule, highlighting potential pitfalls and offering their expertise. Our application was rated by our FCA case handler as one the best packaged applications he had seen in a long time. We were fully operational in less than 6 months, which is quite unusual. Today, we continue to use TMA as our mortgage club. All the staff members are friendly, approachable and helpful. Our relationship manager, Ronnie Malloy is brilliant. Their events are really insightful and support us to improve our knowledge so we can service our clients well. They actively look for ways to help us to grow our business too. For compliance support they give great feedback at annual reviews and are always there if we need them. We like their common sense approach. I would highly recommend TMA to anyone looking to join a new mortgage club or becoming Directly Authorised, we are very happy with their service.
