We have been dealing with the Commissions Team in Primis over a number of months regarding some fairly large cases. Abbie Marsh, in particular, is always pleasant and importantly for us, does what she says she'll do. It's great to be able to rely on someone without having to chase etc. Top marks goes to Abbie and the Commissions Team! Thank you for making our life easier. Excellent service and never had any problems and loads of help! I also wanted to highlight the fees team in particular; the are super efficient and i cannot remember a time when they have not solved my issues within an hour of my email being sent! Never known any other department or company that is this good!

I've been with Primis since 2017 and they've always been very helpful with plenty of support over a number of areas; however, I must give a shout out to the Fees team who are fantastic at helping out with any queries and are prompt with replies and reconciling fees.
