18 Feb 2022I have dealt with Claire for all of my mortgage transactions and have recommended her to everyone I know as she is so helpful and knowledgeable, way above the level of a normal mortgage advisor due to her conveyancing qualifications and property developmentexperience. Anything which is remotely complicated or outside the box which most run of the mill mortgage advisors would turn down or decline, Claire will be able to deal with and will find a solution. I've had friends declined elsewhere or told they need to pay a lot of money to resolve something before a mortgage will be possible, and Claire takes a look and finds a more cost effective and efficient solution for them! She is brilliant and I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Since then I used her few times for BTL mortgages mostly in cases that were very difficult to get mortgage on and required very specific lenders market knowledge. As an investor I want a reliable, fast and guaranteed mortgage offers and she provides just that! :-) she is also now helping with the legal side of the deals which makes purchases even faster! Highly recommend to anyone!
