James Thomas was fantastic throughout. Always communicative. We locked in a rate three times due to rates coming down. Just before my current mortgage expired I got a call from James explaining that an ever lower rate was available with my current lender. He saved me over £200 a month.

Simon was great from start to finish. It was a complex situation purchasing a combined domestic and commercial property. Many brokers almost laughed at us when we explained the situation and figures. Simon gave us the confidence that if there was a way he would find it, which he did. I have no doubt if it wasn’t for Simon we wouldn’t have achieved our dream home and business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon and mortgage style to anyone looking for a mortgage deal. No matter how complex or far fetched.

We found a particularly challenging property to mortgage, as it was split into two dwellings with separate postcodes, Council Tax registrations and utility meters. Mortgage Style were excellent at finding us a lender when others simply couldn’t. Unfortunately, that purchase fell through. The next property we found also wasn’t viable through high street lenders, but once again Mortgage Style stepped in this time securing us a renovation mortgage. This allowed us to get the house to a standard where we could then move onto a high street mortgage, which they also successfully brokered for us. We tend to look at unique properties, which are often more difficult to finance, but throughout the entire process we always felt fully supported by Mortgage Style. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without them. We’re now enjoying a home that we might never have secured otherwise, and we’re incredibly grateful for their persistence, creativity and guidance.

From my first mortgage I have continued to use Mortgage Style. When my fixed term was coming to an end they contact me with plenty of time to look at options. Had a very good call and discussed the best way forward. They advised they would keep an eye on the market and true to their word, a few weeks before my new mortgage was due to start a better rate had become available and I was easily set up with the new rate and all sorted. Would recommend and happy to continue using them. A great friendly team with knowledgeable staff, Daniel is particular helpful.

The service we received from Mortgage Style was outstanding. They explained the re-mortgage process in detail, worked hard to get us the best deal and helped complete all the necessary paperwork. What was so impressive was they went above and beyond to ensure that we continued to get the best rate. Whilst we were waiting for our re-mortgage to complete, on two occasions our new lender released a lower rate. They immediately applied for the revised rates which has saved us a substantial amount on our new monthly payment. Both Marcus and Nicola were fantastic and so supportive throughout the process.
