I met Neil in 2016 and since the beginning I appreciated his pragmatic approach, positive attitude and endless patience. It has been a solid mentor in my journey in real estate and thanks to him I managed to buy my first property in Glasgow. Regardless how many courses on property you take I believe that the real knowledge comes by doing and working with someone as skilled and experiences as Neil helps you to minimize the risk of running into wrong deals while you are building your own knowledge. While making the first deal happen I had to face a lot of fears of failures and of stepping into something completely new to me but with Neil’s help I managed to make it happen and afterwards I felt really proud! We wouldn't be were we are without Neil's mentorship. He kindly suggested where to invest which we followed up and purchased the attached Methodist chapel to convert into 6 flats. We're now onto our second commercial building and conversion. Further decided to move from London closer to Wales, that's changed our families lives.
