After a poor experience with a previous advisor I was thankfully pointed towards Barry at Mortgage Genies. Being my first property purchase, there were various as well as constant questions and uncertainties from myself, but Barry was always on hand to help. He advised me through each step, going above and beyond to make the whole process so much easier and seamless. His fast and regular correspondence kept me up to date, as well as his vast knowledge and expertise in property acquisition gave me the most confidence in him and the purchase of my first house. I cannot recommend Barry and Liz at Mortgage Genies enough, and will most definitely be using them again in the future.

After being left in a very difficult and stressful situation with our first lender when buying an auction property; we turned to mortgage genies for some much needed help. The team were able to get us a mortgage and completed within 2 weeks! This meant we could complete on time and avoided losing the house and thousands of pounds tied into the deposit along with various other fees. Barry truly went above and beyond for us and our mortgage. He gave advice that nobody else had even thought of and genuinely made the purchase of our dream house possible.
