We have used 177 mortgages for many years and they have been excellent. First time I used them I was unsure as assumed I would get a higfher interest rate as their was no fee to pay them, but hats off to them not only was there no fee but also they found lower rates than I could attain directly. Since my first mortgage with them back in 2019 I have had the pleasure of Dave Brown being my mortgage advisor, he is not only friendly, helpful & professional but his attention to detail is second to none. Anytime someone asks or mentions mortgage advisor I always point them to 177 mortgages and over the years more than 5 of my friends or family have used them and had the same excellent service I have received. Dave is an expert in his field, when we we were selling my previous property & buying a new property with my partner, Dave navigated to port a mortgage from my old house, bring in my partner and her LISA account and balance the best finanical options.
