We were connected to Ed via an estate agent. Ed took a lot of time to explain the process of mortgages to us & organise our first mortgage. Unfortunately however we were disappointed, when our house purchase was at risk due to an unforseen issue with mortgage, we didn't get very much support from Ed & we didn't get any support or guidance leading up to our completion either. Ed was a friendly and nice person, but for us having a broker created a barrier and we ended up liasing with our lender direct to move our mortgage along. Unfortunately we noticed a big difference in communication from Ed half way through our mortgage journey & for this reason we wouldn't use a broker again. However, judging from the many great reviews, I'm inclined to hope this was an unlucky experience or poor timing.

Simply can’t fault the service I received from Karl as my mortgage advisor while I was buying my first property.
