Lauren has been amazing from start to finish. Being a first time buyer I had lots of questions and worries about being considered for a mortgage as a solo buyer. Lauren gave me all the advice with regards to meeting financial requirements and also offered different options for life insurance and income protection and also gave me time to look at all the options and pick the one that worked best for me. She’s very responsive and having a busy work schedule she managed to make contact with me at all times. She is such a people person and very easy to talk to, even when one of my offers was pulled back she still had lots of other options for me and even Managed to get me a lower interest rate before completion. James Horgan is just the most helpful mortgage adviser I have ever used. I have moved house (bought and sold) 8 times and, since using James, I wouldn't go to anyone else. I don't hesitate to recommend him, even to my son, who also used him as a first time buyer. He explains things in a simple way to help first timers understand the process and it is very reassuring to know he is in your corner helping navigate what can be a tricky and confusing process. Buying a new house is an exciting but stressful time, so do yourself a favour and use James Horgan to at least get the right mortgage offer for you, and take a little of the pain out of the process.
