Having failed to secure a mortgage with our own Banks and Building Societies, due to our age. We were lucky enough to find Creative Lending Solutions and Mike Newman. We simply cannot give Mike enough praise. Mike carefully listened to our request, He then researched the market for us and came up with various options that may suit us. He recommended one in particular which is excellent product and suited our needs perfectly. Mike made all the applications on our behalf just asking us to supply information. He also checked to see if we would require any insurance to cover the mortgage. Mike kept in contact with us throughout the process explaining everything clearly to us every step of the way. Everything was resolved very quickly and the mortgage sum paid into our account. The whole process took only three weeks. At no point did Mike put any pressure on us to buy any product. He explained every detail fully and clearly as we went through the process he was very efficient and friendly. We would be happy recommend Creative Lending Solutions and Mike Newman to everyone.
