Gareth Levene, was my mortgage broker and honestly, was so helpful. He made the process that much easier than it probably was. When buying a property its already a stressful time, but it was really nice to have a part of it that went so smoothly and was hassle free.

STAY AWAY AT ALL TIMES.. NEGLIGENCE - RUDE - CARELESS - NON RESPONSIVE!! I made a significant mistake in choosing your organisation as my mortgage provider in the first place. Representative names: Seema Soni and Paul Hitchins Account number: 01689220092 Due to negligence and a serious error by your staff member, Seema Soni, my first name was incorrectly recorded as Ashish on the initial paperwork. This mistake caused significant disruption and has seriously undermined my trust in your service. When we personally followed up with the bank, we were informed that this was clearly an agent error. However, when we raised a formal complaint with the Area Manager, his response was both unprofessional and dismissive. He stated that “these things sometimes happen” and assured us it would be fixed, showing a complete lack of accountability and care. In addition, unwanted products, including life insurance, were added to my account without my consent. This is unacceptable. I request that all such products be cancelled immediately. I also request a full refund of the inappropriate paperwork charges applied as a result of this mishandling. Furthermore, repeated hard searches carried out on my credit file due to these errors have negatively impacted my credit history. This is extremely concerning and should never have occurred.

She went above and beyond for us and gave us the best advise as per our needs and wants which is more than what you can ask for from a mortgage advisor. Extra points for effective communication, insightful comments and advice as our journey was not an easy one when the chain fell through on the first house we were supposed to be buying. We were accepted for our mortgage today and couldn’t be happier with the service from Craig Ford. From start to finish he was incredibly helpful, informative and efficient, always taking the time to explain things clearly and keep us updated. Chose to use the in-house broker for my first time purchase as wanted to make the move as smooth as possible. Massive mistake. I have now been transferred to a third broker with the first leaving the company and the second taking a sabbatical without informing me. I have now been waiting 5 months on a no-chain move with zero updates, zero assistance and out of pocket. Useless trying to call the office as it just ends the call, useless trying to contact anyone as you never get replies. I am now chasing to hopefully get a refund and find an alternative provider elsewhere.
