After many years of trying to get a mortgage and failing miserably we were very sceptical. However by luck or chance I was directed to Stuart Dibley at Newstart Financial through this website. From day one Stuart listened and communicated well, always getting back to us when he said he would (unlike many others that did not). Stuart was happy to play the long game and gave us some simple and honest advice about what we needed to do in order to secure a mortgage. After many months we were in a position to try again and were relieved to receive a mortgage in principle for the first time. Unfortunately after securing a property and going to full application this was withdrawn due to discrepancies in our credit history. However, Stuart was able to secure us a subprime mortgage, which although cost us a great deal more at least put us on the property ladder once and for all. Throughout all of the heartache and disappointments Stuart was supportive and communicative and very reassuring to say the least. As a result I wouldn’t fail to recommend Stuart as a mortgage advisor although this does come at a premium of £1500 unlike some brokers who will take their fee from the vendor.

Myself and my partner couldn’t recommend Stuart anymore, very professional. With having a few missed payments between us we were both very anxious about trying to find a mortgage during the uncertain times, from our first conversation with Stuart he put us at ease and throughout the whole process was always in touch and got the deal done.
