I recently worked with Karan, at Abundance Finance, on a BTL HMO mortgage application and had a really good experience. The mortgage was for just under £500k and the offer came through only 9 days after the application was submitted, which was much quicker than I expected. Everything was handled diligently and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout the process and I was kept up to date at each stage. Karan was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend Abundance Finance to others looking for mortgage support.
