Outstanding Service from the Propp Team I recently used Propp to organise both a bridging loan and a buy-to-let mortgage. A big thank you to Brad in the bridging team, who guided me through the initial stages with great knowledge and efficiency. Once things moved towards completion, Megan, Harriet and especially Tevfik (on specific lender insight) were all fantastic — always responsive, proactive, and genuinely on top of every detail to keep things moving smoothly. When I had to move to a BTL mortgage, the real standout for me was Paul, the Managing Director. Dedicated Team, Excellent Communication! This is my second time working with the Propp team. I needed to find a lender on a very tight deadline, and they understood my situation perfectly, doing their best to find me the best possible option. The process is still ongoing, but I can't thank them enough for their hard work, especially Abigail. She emails me early in the morning, sometimes as early as 7:30 or 8:30 am, which shows how dedicated she is to working with and for us. Megan and Harriet have also been excellent with communication.
