18 Dec 2024We took out life insurance and critical illness cover a few years back through Charlotte with Aviva. We felt it would be a comfort blanket if we couldn't work or one of us got ill as we now have children. My daughter was born with profound deafness in September this year, which Charlotte advised may be covered in the critical illness cover policy. It was covered and we qualified for the cover offered which was a significant sum. It will enable us to help our daughter as best we can so she stands the best possible chances of "normal" life experiences. It was well worth having and the customer service with Aviva was faultless which is very unusual for an insurance company in my experience!
