As a first time buyer for a house, finding your way through from an idea to walking into your new home with the keys in your hand is a bit daunting. It is a massive imvestment and you want to make sure you get it right, and with all the research and tips from family and friends you might just get through it. But if your like me, where you start off with good intentions and find that your in way out of your depth, the whole owning a home idea gets a little scary. This is where Ian comes in. From day one I got Ian’s number from a quick Google search and gave him a call. I asked questions and he gave me a rough outline of what he could offer and a timeline as well as a quick number crunch on how my finances looked. Shortly after there was further contact through both calls and emails where Ian helped me get the right deal and sort out a legal rep for the paperwork towards the end. Even when everything seemed to get out of control with deadlines from the solicitors side, I felt in safe hands and was reassured by Ian that everything was in hand. I can’t thank Ian enough for his help and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home for the first time to use Ian’s expertise and great customer service. The only downside to this review is that I can’t use this service more often! I will be contacting Ian again in future when it’s time to shop around for a better deal once my initial 5 year term is up. Thanks again Ian!
