I know it often looks a bit tedious when people write ‘I’d highly recommend…’ but I’ll be honest, if it wasn’t for Liam I’d still be stuck in the exact pit I’ve been in for the past year. It’s felt like he’s basically tucked me under his wing and spoon fed me throughout the full process… and he’ll 100% be glad to see the back of me. There’s only a certain amount of 6am SOS messages a man can take. When I first went in to see him last year I didn’t understand how things worked or the majority of the jargon thrown at me but I’m a lot more clued up on it now, and a year down the line I’ve managed to get a house for me and my daughters. Liam’s been more like a friend than anything else. Always on the other end of the phone when I needed him and it’s been nice to feel like both him and Tasmin actually gave a shit about me and getting things sorted for us. I’d went to Liam at MCM having been recommended by multiple people as I’m a first time buyer and didn’t have a clue what I was doing or where to even start. He’d managed to fit me in within a space of a couple of days and told me everything I possibly needed to know. Within a couple of days I had my mortgage in principle.
