We just had our remortgage done through Monument Financial Services for 2 properties following the interest rate hikes over last quarter of 2022. From my initial enquiry online to Allan visiting us at our home to provide options was a very prompt and impressive service! Allan is very knowledgeable, dedicated and extremely helpful. Allan provided great recommendations esp. putting facts into layman terms for us which helped zone us in on the best product suited for us. Allan was very dilligent in his work putting in all his energy into getting us the fixed deal asap esp. at the very difficult time of the mini budget being announced and having a volatile economy. Mortgage products at the time were being withdrawn so quickly from the market that we thought we would be cornered! But all thanks to Allan, we are now in a much better position than we were previously in terms of our mortgage and Allan has future proofed us well for the next 5 years! What an absolute relief! Penny has also been awesome with the continued communication to us throughout the completion process which was unfortunately prolonged due to the backlog of mortgage applications with the bank as a result of the turbulent economical period.
