When I first started looking to get a mortgage advisor, I wanted someone I could meet in person, to sit down and have a good chat with. As a first time solo buyer the whole experience was daunting but being able to meet with Elaine and chat about all my concerns, she found me the mortgage to suit my budget which meant I was then able to look at houses within my budget. Aside from the mortgage she continued to be a great help throughout the 6 month process, getting me set up with life insurance which is a requirement when owning a home. I was able to contact Elaine at any time if I had any questions or concerns and her response was prompt and I never felt like I was being any trouble. Now that I have completed and moved in, Elaine has assured me that she will be in touch when my mortgage comes to an end so she can look at getting me another great price. It’s a continued service.
