Excellent service from Ian once again, he sorted our original mortgage deal out when we first bought our house in 2019, so when our deal was due to end I contacted him to see what he could do again. Amazing service and we cant thank Ian enough for everything he has done for us!!!! As first time buyers we were pretty clueless at first with regards to how this whole process works, but Ian has been a great support and guided us through it and has been there to answer all our queries, even out of office hours he always got back to us promptly and kept us up to date throughout the whole journey. This is now the 2nd time we have used Ian because he has always gone the extra mile for us and has been really generous, we faced alot of problems with the first property we wanted to buy, which resulted in 3 different mortgage applications! Ian fought for us and very generously even covered the cost for one of the lender surveys for us from his own pocket! Everything worked out for us in the end, we ended up going for a different property and the mortgage was accepted within a matter of days and we are now in our new home and couldn't be happier!
