8 May 2025Firstly - sorry for the delay in leaving a review! We have used James twice now and have recommended him to many friends and family. James assisted us in purchasing our first flat and last year when moving to a house. The second time round we definitely gave him a challenge, my husband was self employed but with little history and a couple of bad marks on his credit. We also pushed our budget to the very limit, we thought we had no hope of getting a mortgage this time round. Thankfully James found us something, he reassured us throughout and told us that he would find us a lender and he followed through with his word. We have now been in our new house since August and feel very grateful to be here. Throughout the process James went over and above to give us advice and support. Thank you James, we didn’t make it easy for you! Hopefully you’ll work with us again when it’s time to remortgage in a couple of years 😅
